Account Deletion

Thank you for using Estenarh. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. If you wish to have your account deleted, please follow the steps below:

Open Estenarh App on your device.

1. Go to the Menu page.

2. Tap on "View Profile" link.

3. Tap on the "Delete Account" button.

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.

When you request an account deletion, we will permanently delete most of the data associated with your account within 30 days (account retention period). However, please note that we are required by law to retain certain medical records and prescriptions to comply with regulatory obligations and ensure patient safety.

Types of data that will be deleted:

- User profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender)

- Account activity logs

- Saved preferences and settings

Please be assured that any personal information not subject to retention requirements will be permanently deleted within 30 days period. However, your medical records and prescriptions will be securely stored in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
