I hold a PhD. in Crisis Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from the United Kingdom. I have over 15 years of experience in enhancing mental well-being and working with individuals facing acute psychological stress, emotional wounds, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I adopt an integrative therapeutic model that brings together modern evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, integrative psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
